Banyuwangi has a variety of natural beauty, one of which is Green Bay or Green Bay. Not many local people themselves do not know about this natural tourism because Green Bay has been discussed more by social media in recent years. What we know is that most of these beautiful beaches are in Bali. Apparently not, in Banyuwangi there are so many beautiful beaches and Green Bay is one of them.
The beach distance from the city of Jajag can be reached by land for approximately two hours to get to the parking lot. Recently, special buses have started operating from the Jajag terminal to Pesanggaran and Sarongan. Departing from Jajag terminal at around 08.15 WIB. The journey is quite long because it crosses the macadam road (a road without asphalt and rocks) which is inside the PTPN XII plantation area.
For local visitors, the entry fee is quite affordable, you just have to pay 3 thousand – 5 thousand depending on visiting hours. The rate can reach 5 thousand if we come in in the afternoon because the guards have to spend more time on duty.
Besides Green Bay Beach, Visitors Can Also Enjoy Rajegwesii
Besides Green Bay beach, we can also enjoy Rajegwesi beach and Batu beach. The two beaches are along the road to Teluk Hijau. The path taken to the beach is much easier than going to Teluk Hijau. But the natural beauty that we get is also much different. To get to the Green Bay, visitors must take a 1 km path through the forest.
The beach is still very clean, the sand is white, and the sea water is green. Maybe that’s what caused his name to monitor Teluk Hijau. On the beach there are many plants that add to the cool feel along the coast. In one corner of the beach there is also a waterfall that is about 3 meters high. The waterfall will dry up if the dry season is long.
